The hotel is in a convenient location, central to all the attractions with a tram stop just across the road. The rooms were clean and well-presented, but there was a slight smell of sewage. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making it my first choice every time I visit. The dining experience had some issues, but all other aspects were lovely. The location is handy for everything, and the price paid was worth it.

The hotel is a true gem with clean and comfortable rooms and incredibly friendly staff. The location is superb, within easy reach of major attractions, and offers great value for money. While the old-fashioned carpets may not suit everyone, the service and cleanliness make up for it.
